Chris Succo was born in 1979 in Düsseldorf, Germany, where he currently lives and works. He was a Meisterschüler of Georg Herold at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, where he graduated in 2009, and received his MFA from Royal College of Art in London, United Kingdom, in 2012. Chris Succo’s most recent solo exhibitions include “Language Of Elbow” at Almine Rech Gallery in Brussels, Belgium (2015), “Chris Succo” at DUVE Berlin (2014) and “Total Recall” at Rod Barton Gallery in London, United Kingdom (2013). His work has been included in numerous group exhibitions, including “Ayan Farah, Max Lamb, Chris Succo” at Almine Rech Gallery in London, United Kingdom (2014), “The Go Between: Work From The Ernesto Esposito Collection” at Museo Di Capodimonte in Naples, Italy (2014) and “LIFE," The Journal Gallery at Venus over Manhattan in New York, NY (2014), among others.
